Areas at risk of flooding include Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, Dunbeath.Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide at 00:45 BST on Saturday 19th October.

Lybster to Dunbeath
A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Lybster to Dunbeath.
A combination of spring high tides, storm surge, and strong winds means there is a risk of coastal flooding on Thursday and Friday to low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline in Lybster to Dunbeath. Areas at risk of flooding include Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, Dunbeath.
Flooding is expected for a few hours around the times of high tides over the next few days around 13:00 on Thursday afternoon and 01:30 on Friday morning. The high tide on Thursday afternoon will be the highest of any of the tides this week.
There will remain a risk of flooding into Friday morning as winds move round to the North and will be gale force for a time increasing wave heights along the Moray coast.

An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Lybster to Dunbeath.
A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline. Areas at risk of flooding include: Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, Dunbeath.
Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide water levels: (1) between 22:00 on Sunday night till 01:00 early on Monday morning and (2) between 11:00 and 13:00 around Monday lunchtime.
The situation will stay monitored and an updated Flood Warning will be issued if the situation significantly changes.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Lybster to Dunbeath.
A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline. Areas at risk of flooding include: Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, Dunbeath.
Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide. Three main peaks will occur. The first between 09:00 and 12:00 Sunday morning. The second will happen between 22:00 on Sunday night till 01:00 early on Monday morning. The third high tide will be between 11:00 and 13:00 around Monday lunchtime.
The situation will stay monitored and an updated Flood Warning will be issued if the situation significantly changes.
